vanilla yogurt (use coconut yogurt if vegan)

apple, cored and chopped (I recommend organic)

vanilla extract

cinnamon

date, pitted (optional)
1 tsp
maple syrup
(optional)
small squeeze of lemon
handful of ice cubes
Toppings: chopped apple,
coconut
,
pumpkin seeds
, sprinkle of
granola

Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. The texture should be thick enough to eat with a spoon.
Pour smoothie into a bowl and add toppings.
