Squeeze of fresh lemon (about 1/4 – 1/2 of a lemon)
2 tbsp hemp seeds
3 tbsp pine nuts
2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp turmeric
pinch of pink sea salt
pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Wash the kale and pat dry. Shred the kale into smaller pieces.
Add the kale, olive oil and lemon to a large bowl and massage with your hands until the kale leaves soften. The kale should drastically shrink after a minute or two of the massaging process.
Add all other ingredients and mix well to combine.
Notes
This will stay good in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, but is best served immediately.
