slices of bread (I love gluten-free sourdough)
2 tbsp
hummus (I use sprouted organic hummus)
1/4
cucumber, thinly sliced
handful of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
microgreens
hemp seeds
pinch of pink sea salt & pepper
2 tsp
olive oil

Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
Lightly toast the bread in your toaster oven
Spread 1 tbsp of hummus over each piece of bread, followed by the cucumber, cherry tomato, micro greens, hemp seeds, pink salt, pepper and drizzle of olive oil.
