almond milk (or any milk)
1/2 cup
water
1 tbsp
coconut butter
1 tsp
honey
Pinch of turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom & black pepper
1/4 tsp
ashwagandha

Instructions
Bring water and almond milk to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
Once the liquid is simmering add in the in the coconut butter, honey, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, black pepper and ashwagandha.
Pour into a blender and blend for about 30 seconds, or until everything is well combined.
Pour into a mug, drink warm, and chill out!
