pieces of whole wheat bread
2
eggs
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
vanilla extract
2 tbsp
almond milk
1/2 cup
strawberries, with stems removed
1/2 cup
blueberries
1
banana, sliced
maple syrup

Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
Add coconut oil or butter to a pan on the stove and heat over low heat.
Add the egg, cinnamon, vanilla extract and almond milk into a bowl. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Dip the bread into the mixture and place on the frying pan. Slightly raise the heat to cook over medium.
Cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Once the french toast is cooked, cut into bite-sized pieces.
Layer the french toast and fruit on a
skewer
.
Place the skewers on a plate and drizzle the maple syrup over the skewers.
