full fat coconut milk

water
handful of ice
1 tsp
ceremonial grade matcha powder
1/4 tsp
spirulina
1/4 tsp
moringa powder
1/2 tsp
lion’s mane powder

tsp maple syrup or honey (optional if you want it sweet)

Instructions
In a blender combine the water, matcha, spirulina, moringa lion’s mane and sweetener if using and blend.
In a glass or jar add in the ice first, followed by the coconut milk and then the blended matcha mix. Enjoy!
