Vegan Matcha Hemp Mylk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 3 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of himalayan pink sea salt
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

 

  1. In a high speed blender, add hemp seeds and water. Blend on high for about two minutes.
  2. Strain into a large bowl through a milk bag.
  3. Pour the milk back into the blender and discard the contents in the bag.
  4. Add the matcha, dates, cinnamon and sea salt and blend until everything is well combined.
  5. Store in the fridge for about 5 days.
