Banana Nut Butter Smoothie Bowl
A banana nut butter smoothie bowl with a crunchy grain-free topping… a decadent yet healthy breakfast addiction!
Banana and nut butter – is there a better combination? When I was a little girl I remember coming home from school starving and wanting a snack. I would have some banana with peanut butter and be the happiest girl in the word. Not only did it leave me feeling satisfied, I just loved the sweet flavor of the banana paired with the savory flavor of the peanut butter.
This banana and nut butter smoothie bowl brings back those sweet childhood memories of coming home from school and having my peanut butter and banana snack. This smoothie bowl is easy to make and requires minimal ingredients. The combination of the banana and nut butter makes me feel like I’m eating a decadent dessert for breakfast. Not only does this bowl taste amazing, but it’s also vegan and paleo!
For the perfect topping to this smoothie bowl I used this banana nut butter grain-free granola – it adds the most amazing crunch! This is one of my favorite granolas and I love that it’s grain-free, organic and non-gmo! In addition to being healthy, this granola tastes amazing! It’s the most perfect oatmeal or smoothie bowl topping and I also enjoy eating it straight of the bag as a snack. 🙂 I am not getting paid to say these things – I just love this granola so much!
